I left it running since about 9pm pst and it was running at 1125am now- with a stated runtime of 2hrs35 mins or so. Guess it reloaded at some point.

Good news.

I've also been leaving my second comp logged in in hopes that not having an empty server would prevent a crash. Just toying with the idea. Worked so far.

You know, I'm a bit suspicious about that - if not having anyone in the sim is a cause for a crash.

But then the ChinaPro server is *always* up, and no one is ever in it.

That was alot of fun flying with you Guys last night.Very good mission indeed.

Agreed! Lots of different skills put to the test. I'm still looking for that perfect mix of groceries. 4 mavs isn't quite enough but 6 is too many- though I guess if I just hurry up and kill something I can have the best of both worlds!

Got up today and roadkill was crashed- with someone in the spectators. Made me do a double think on my bios ram power settings so I'm going to take a look (was a 1eee error which reminds me of some memory errors from my overclocking days.)

I'm going to take a look when it clears up again.

Wish we could have had you and WC up for the Odessy Dawn mission, could always use more hogs on that mission. I will add a warm start A-10 to that one to account for folks with issues that prevent cold starts. For some reason everybody was having trouble with the right engine lighting up yesterday.

Wow, that was it, and being that late didnt help

I hope I did not confuse Eno too much. We gave up, I was trying to talk him through Cold Start and things just were not spinning up right.

You guys had quite a crowd. Great to see all the interest last night, and everyone on SimHQ TS, too.

Tao just emailed a mission to me that has 4 A-10 slots and a pair of Blacksharks that we are going to try later tonight. Plus I'll add some Blacksharks to that one that starts out inflight with the hogs returning from the range with limited ammo.

Wish I'd had time to get on today, Riders of the Storm was a lot of fun! Glad all I had to do was leave autopilot on to keep that formation... Eno's doing all the hard work there

Hope I can get in on the start of Road Kill sometime... it looks like a blast with the C130s at the beginning! (Plus not getting launched on during takeoff would be nice )

Eh guys... well I got up this morning (cough afternoon cough) and noticed that the server was up and running and there was no notification from Teamviewer that crew had to come in to do any adjustments. Could it be I isolated the source of my crash issues? Maybe... maybe...

A couple of other things... Crew- you did a great job walking me through the cold starts but things really weren't coming together for us. I've subsequently gone through the training and responsibly wrote down all the steps and I have started practicing my cold starts... It was time to put my big boy pants on. I've had a few good runs with it so I'm feeling better about it now.

That formation stuff is pretty awesome- in fact it may be something to think about for the end of that mission... actually- that 15 minutes is a good amount of time to join up and enjoy the formation flying (regardless of how "realistic" formation flying is... let's not get THAT debate started again!!)

BEANS I do have your missions downloaded now and available on my server. Just wondering- any stability issues that you've had at all with them? Might be something fun to try out today?
