sniper elite v2 anyone getting?

I've got the game pre-ordered, and I liked the demo alot but I do worry that replayability will be short, with the single player campaign and 2 player co-op, if no one else is playing this... might be better for me just to gamefly it... so whats the plan, any other SimHQ members getting this one? http://www.sniperelitev2.com/us/(demo on xbox live btw)

well now that I know it's coming on PC... might cancel the xbox version (50 bucks) for the Steam (40 buck) version... just thinking.

Yes this one does look interesting for sure, but I'm not much of a multiplayer m'fraid
Not sure which platform, a sniper game could work well with a game controler

I'm considering it. Not sure which platform yet, or whether I'd want to do multiplayer with it or not. I had the original game on the old Xbox. The sniping was cool, but I hated whenever you had to use the other weapons in close combat.
I need to try the demo.

Anyone else see that there's no mp on console? I'm less sold if that's the case, could be worth waiting for a price drop if that's the case.
Is Sniper Ghost Warrior 2 going to have some kind of objective based MP? As in not TDM/Conquest/CTF.

It is an amazing game. I played the demo like 5 times and every time I tried something new. The bullet cam was pure eyecandy.

I am not sure the game has MP. The steam site lists MP and Coop but my guess is that the COOP tag turns the MP tag on since you cant coop on a single computer (no split screen).
I have not read anywhere that they will have a standard MP (dogtag from SE1).

Since I saw this video, I might need to pick it up to keep my inner child laughing.....Now if only flight sims could have this level of detail for the inner workings.  EDIT: Noticed Magnum also posted a video on pg 2, glad I'm not the only one who chuckled.

I didn't realize that the PC version is a console port. The price is the same for the PC or the Xbox360 right now, $49.99 USD. I may visit Game Stop this morning and pick up a copy for the console.

Yes, you can get it on Steam. Runs beautifully. Still, I'm going 360. I'll pick it up on pc when it hits a good steam sale.
