Took delivery of the new Twin today:

Carenado C90B KingAir came out today, she is a beauty and my new favorite airplane. Great model and panel and sounds, a blast to fly.

Other addons, REX2.0, Orbx PNW and 2WA1, Shade.

Great looking shots. Fantastic looking panel. Carenado always seems to out do themselves.

Wow, looks just like the real airplane. How well are the systems modelled?

The 3D modeling is awesome as is the Avidyne 600 instrument which displays gps and traffic and weather as well, but alas the systems modeling is typical Carenado, i.e. there are no custom aircraft or engine failures.

That is the only point where I wish Carenado would up their game compared to the competition (RealAir, A2A, Aerosoft), they've always been amazing in their 3d modeling and textures, and in the last year their airplane feel has become very realistic from the FDE modeling done by Bernt Stolle (including this one), and the glass panel stuff is tops as well, but they haven't yet tackled systems modeling as for example the RealAir Turbine Duke has, A2A has, Aerosoft Katana4X has and soon hopefully their Twotter and Beaver2.0 will have. Especially taking into the account that their prices seem to be hitting close to the competition now at $40.

Still the C90B was one I've been waiting for and the framerate is pretty amazing considering the instruments and modeling, much better than the framerate I get with their A36 or the RealAir Turbine Duke or Milviz C310R, and they even included a LITE version of the C90B without the cabin for those that want to save a few frames.

Btw it looks like some of the more experienced twin fliers on AVSIM have found some of the typical Carenado release bugs, so for anyone thinking about this they may want to wait until there is a service pack.

There is absolutely NO WAY #5 is in game, there's just no way. Absolutely beautiful shots.

Nice shots. smile

Wasn't it a Carenado that went down in the Ocean earlier this week due to lack of fuel?
