Web page I'm probably going to have to get this one, st75.zip was my favorite plane in FS9. I don't think I've ever had a VS plane, though; can anyone tell me how good their flight modeling is?? (Not that I have ever flown a Stearman)

Yeah that looks great, hope to hear when released it has a good FDE, or that they got Bernt Stolle to do the FDE as I've really like the handling on his recent Carenado planes and on the Milviz C310R.

Vertigo Studios, IMO, creates excellent add-ons.
Their Panther is one of my favorite aircraft I have ever purchased for FSX.

It's been available on CD for a while, but download will be available on June 30, unless you subscribe to the VS newsletter, in which case it is available today!
Anyone have this yet? Care to post a few thoughts?
edit: Well, I won't be buying it. BS interface seems to not want my money, and frankly, I am getting tired of that type of thing. If you want to sell a product over the internet, don't treat your customers like thieves.
Credit card works just fine at other vendors, but not here, apparently. Sorry, but a bit pissed right now!

Okay, got it a couple of weekends ago, not happy with it at all.
Looping engine sounds, and using a manual start, plane will bound down the runway and do a nose dive. Control+E it will behave somewhat correctly, but just not a good addon, IMHO.
Others have mentioned the same problems, although ANY posts on the Stearman are few and far between.
First Vertigo aircraft I have ever ordered, it will also be the last.

Wow thanks for the heads up LJ, this one was on my buy list but have been on pause after spending a bunch of my FSX budget a couple of months ago (RA Legacy, A2A P51, Orbx W16)...
I hope they fix it.

I hope they fix it. Yeah, really saddens me (well, within my FSX mind) that they blew it like this. Sounds suck, (IMHO) and the behavior on starting is just ridiculous. I wouldn't be making such a big deal out of this if the Stearman wasn't just about my favorite real life aircraft. Ah, well.

Wow... I had my eye on this one. Sorry to hear it's a bit flaky. But I'm sure Vertigo has all hands working on it. Wonder if there's a patch for it. ?
