Team USA fans should enjoy it now because I'm sure we'll meet Canada again before the end of tournament and it will be a very close game. I also caught part of the Germany vs Switzerland game. I'll add more posts as I attend more games.

BTW, here's a quick game summary:
I went to the US-Russia game last night and the U.S team smothered the Russians 9-0. I'm pretty sure 80% of the game was spent in the Russian end. The Russian goalie did make a lot of very nice saves. U.S had 55 shots on goal to the Russians 5.
The Canadians beat the Finns 3-2 and the Swedes beat the Germans in OT earlier in the day.

Sorry, out of the loop yesterday.
Canada beat the US in OT, capitalizing on a bad play. It was clear from the start of the game that the Canadians didn't want to get into a wide open game because they can't match the U.S team in skating or shooting. They went to a defensive strategy and played the clutch and grab game all night, pulling U.S players to the ice whenever they could. Not a pretty win for sure. They took advantage of some pucks which bounced their way toward the end of the game to pull even, and then score in OT. This broke the run of 3 straight gold medals by the U.S with Canada getting its first gold since 2007.
