Be careful with the Lancair, it is a decent plane but really meant for high speed runs and takes a long field for landing.

I bought it thinking since it was from Orbx so would be good for vfr scenery spotting, but found that it's not very good at that, more of a medium distance trip plane that needs a decent length runway to land.

Your mileage may vary.

The only complaint I read was some didn't like the custom gauges or panel in the Lancair but it could be fixed by Antiialiasing.

I don't have the plane though so I can't say but I also heard very good things about it.

I prefer my GA stuff to come from digital aviation.

Yeah I noticed the panel textures tend to flicker if you don't use SuperSampling.

It's a decent plane, but I don't fly it often as I have a couple of other planes that are more fun for that high/fast mission profile (RealAir TurbineDuke and Milviz C310R)

Btw this is supposedly the "last ever" ORBX sale, I picked up a couple of things just in case that is so.
