Be careful with the Lancair, it is a decent plane but really meant for high speed runs and takes a long field for landing.
I bought it thinking since it was from Orbx so would be good for vfr scenery spotting, but found that it's not very good at that, more of a medium distance trip plane that needs a decent length runway to land.
Your mileage may vary.
