What a bloody disappointment! Sigh. darkcloud

Fearless is right, Red Orchestra-like, certainly!

Red Orchestra's current follow on is Heroes of Stalingrad, isn't it?

Wonder if the next update will show the exquisite interior detailing of the grain elevator, a wip which will no doubt assist Spitfires to be radio vectored onto incoming Luftwaffe raids over the Channel?

So we have external contributions that resemble some Southern Russian topography, dev shots that resemble Southern Russian topography, and the inference some time in the past that the next IL2 incarnation would be in Russia.

Yet we are all still preparing for BOM?

I guess I'll just keep playing HOS and wait for you guys to show. 50cal

2 weeks whenpigsfly ?, by whose calender!

So the terrain is being done by a new team? What happened to the old one?

They were just a place-holder.

BOM: Nice terrain shots. I like it a lot. I'd like to see more of the new planes though. If its true what I have read, some of the russian planes will be not that easy to fly in full CEM.

Patch: Oh well, it will take them a bit longer. Would have loved to see this released. #%&*$# happens. Writing a new engine for a released game rather than simply dropping it, that is what I call commitment. I am impressed that they didn't dump the game it self.

cheers,
Dag

When SimHQ publishes its own games, then you might see critical forum posts removed about its games (even then, I doubt it), but until then there's these - http://www.simhq.com/_aboutus/aboutus.html#agreement

Ahh yes....robtek is an "enemy of free speech" when it comes to COD. I'm starting to think he owns a percentage of 1C since his position is always against the gamers that have the nerve to be unhappy that COD is not really playable a year later.

It seems that here the right of free speech is equivalent to mud slinging an immature behaviour, imo.
Everytime someone posts positive about CoD it doesn't take long for the same old griefs to be presented by always the same few people.
On the other side there haven't been "new" complaints for quite some time.
I am for shure NOT against gamers which are unhappy with the state of CoD, as i myself would like to play it bug-free.
I just dont like the missing patience as the problem solving is already under way, that i see as immature and quite sad as the average age here is 30+, i believe.
