Yeah, I've seen your country house pictures up here before. That place is nice.
The college will be costly but we can cash flow it easily as we're already paying for private school (Catholic) for them and believe it or not, that isn't that much different than KU, for example.
It is pretty cool paying cash for cars. I have always loved telling them "I don't want any lease talk and I don't give a crap what the rates are or what the monthly payment would be because there is only one payment and that is the price."

Of course with no mortgage you should be able to bank quite a bit in the next 5 years. 
. We're not done with our debt-load yet; still some things from selling our house left over, some money we owe Uncle Sugar, and of course, the vehicle payments. But the Big One is gone now.
