That's awesome.....and knowing what they are talking about makes it even funnier
"I love DTS!"

LOL...civilian side have to use it and HATE it, glad for reserve orders we aren't (yet)!
Favourite one was the pilot saying "Thanks" to who was presumably the crew chief.
In a different lifetime where I worked out a little more and got my eyesight corrected and decided to do OCS in the USAF, I would have like to have been the one who changed that relationship.
That relationship is actually a pretty good one. The cockpit soundbites were mainly for the funny video. When we (CCs) launch out the A-10s we can hear everything our pilot as well as anyone else on his radio are saying. If he wants to fly my jet he'd better just be kidding...because at any given time I can pull out of my hip pocket a maintenance minor problem that can technically be a grounding write up...or I can make one up and he'll have to take the spare aircraft instead of mine (that he's already strapped into and has engines running).

If it weren't for the pilots in the USAF then nobody in the USAF would appreciate Crew Chiefs. That's the way it's always been and will always be...and we like it like that.
I agree, there is only one pilot in my reserve unit that most Crew Chiefs don't care for because he thinks he's a "God" but the rest are awesome, will BS with you and appreciate us.
Hell, even the active duty pilots are great at Moody, well at least the ones I've launched & recovered. Some get this look of "worry" when they find our I'm a reservist but once I explain to them I've got over 7 years A-10 expierance and over 17 years USAF Aviation experiance that goes away quickly
