1: What kind of AB is this , that have a 2(L/R) runway but have ILS for just one?
If its just 1 runway you may say that the take off & landing will be done from just 1 direction but problem is it's give us guidance to the point that there is No ILS Frequency . like Seosan AB that have 02L/R & 20L/R so landing will be done by 20 Not from 02 while just there is ILS freqency for 02R Not 02L.
Many if not most runways in real life do not have ILS. The same goes for Falcon. The direction you land is based on winds, I don't know why you assume landings will always be done on 20 in this example.
2: Why instead of starting to fix problem & Publish Whole an none-fault or none-defect DOC for ILS Landing try to cover or camouflage the Problem?
Because there is no problem and nothing to fix. Some runways have ILS, some don't.
If you frequently arrive in situations like this you need to study and practice good mission planning and decision making. Honestly, if you often have no fuel to get to another airport then its your fault. You need to know when you must disengage from a fight or not get into it at all. And finally please stop writing like this.
