With one of the versions I worked on, which well be what you are using there is a "Put in C-RSC folder" folder.
It has three files in it:
RSC.bat
RSC.exe
RSCHelp.txt

The last of these three reads:
Before proceeding make sure that you have a "C:\RSC" folder with
Gurney's "RSC.exe" and the "RSC.bat" files inside it.

If you do not have a "C:\RSC" folder with Gurney's "RSC.exe" and the "RSC.bat" files inside it you will get a path not found error.
There is more info in that help file. You should have the "Put in C-RSC folder" folder, but may have not bothered with it.

Jel,
I guess the version I have did not include this.
I made a folder C:\RSC and placed the RSC.exe and RSC.bat that I got
out of Col. Gibbons folder, inside. Now I get an error 53, file not found.
The 3dzStudio I'm using is RSCV2.exe. Where can I get a current one that includes
those files?
Thanks,
AO

When I get to the other PC I'll put it in your folder at Coders

There is a "ForAO.exe" 7-zip self installer in your folder with the "Put in C-RSC folder" folder in it, and the latest version of the 3dz editor which John made, and I have possibly modified during my investigations re coloured lines. You might try it, but keep your old one. John had added extra 3dz handling I think.
