Just started messing around with Flaming cliffs 2 again. Had not touched it in quite some time and then it was with an saitek x52. Anyhow, force feedback even at maximum in game settings (for trim) is unbeleavably weak. Either I am a total stud or eagle dynamics really needs to work on their force feedback programming. Works pretty well in BS, still seems to be on the weak side but will at least somewhat hold trim position.
Anyone know where they hide their force feed back config settings? I mean under the hood here. I have looked but have not found it.
oh crap, I was being sudo retarded. Had a big ole reinstall stuff ordeal and totally forgot about firmware update 1.42 (was running 1.41). Now it feels like manly. Still, I wish eagle put more effort into force feed back. I really dig trimming when your stick is where it should be. I know there are some payware FFB software for FSX (dont have or want it) but feed back from people who have used it as been vary good. Supprised no one has done that with FC or DCS stuff. Maybe it is just me.
Now if I could get the freaken logitech profiler to work again.........lol. Probably better that it does not.
Wow, did a microsoft update and now I really can't get profiler to open. Just not my week I guess.
