Nice to meet you David...even though you're a Buckeye. We raced with Frank and still race with a few of the ADC guys over here so it's also good that a few good guy racing leagues can come together for some fun and for a good cause.

Plus, it's been so long since I drove GTR2...I forgot how fun it was.

Here are some Exige setups. Not Silverstone setups, but a base to start from. You can't share setups in GTR2 like you can in rF. So you have to have some thing bafore you join.

Before I forget.We race by the ADC rules. Nothing special. Just drive fair. When you cause some one to spin or go off, wait for them to rejoin.
We will do a pace lap and start on the S/F line. And no overtaking before T1. That is to make sure every one get a clean start of the race.

Doh.. i have made a mistake with the timing.. BST has come in so action doesnt start until 8pm and i have a prior commitment at 9.. sorry guys, i gotta sit this out.

Race report

Man, that was a great race today! I don't believe I had any contact with anyone, didn't wreck anyone, and only had one real off while I was chasing Rob Bakker near the end...but I kept it off the wall and finished the 60 minute race clean! The Lotus Exige was a dream to drive for someone like me. It's fairly forgiving and just a lot of fun to drive.

Pretty good turnout and all for a good cause. Thanks for setting this up and inviting the SimHQ gang.

Guess some connection issues made game very 'jumpy' for me. I stayed through practice and qually but put it to pits after formation lap not to risk collicions with other drivers.
