Really coming along nice... still have the same issue I had with Shift 2 in reference to my FANATEC wheel... slight wobble on the straights and a little loose with the sensitivity in the turns... but I like... wink

BTW: I suck, just testing... lol

hmmmmmmmm, what to do with my next wad of cash...
two screens for Eyefinity,,
or steering wheel that works on PC and Xbox (Fanatec), + iRacing or CARs

was also looking at G25's on Ebay.

but the CSR XL Value Pack is only $350ish, for Wheel Pedals, and shifters

Cool video, how did you like the steering and FFB with the Fanatec?

I'm interested in Project CARS, but I usually avoid early betas if possible, and especially in this case as it seemed early on like the Fanatec wheel code was not much better than their Shift2 floaty steering, has it gotten better now?

BTW Skate on the 3 monitor thing, the main game that uses it well IMHO is iRacing, most of the other games/sims don't really do it justice IMHO, also I saw NewEgg has G27's on sale for $199 currently.

I know it's a very minor detail, but I love the way hands are moving when you're doing nothing(by nothing I mean only going 250 on a straight line)... feels very alive!

In every other games fingers only move when changing gears... if not, they do nithing and stay perfectly at the same place, like some kind of mechanized hand

EDIT:
a bit OT, but I just registered as the game seems nice, but got some questions:

1- is it more or less ''SIM'' than Forza4?
2- would it be playable with a Xbox360 controller?
3- I haven't found the answer on their website, but once the game is bought, will there have monthly fees?

Actually kludger, you should try this one, it's AMAZING!!! (and if only you knew what's coming in the very near future, you would get your membership... Pronto! ) this game is VERY NOT shift3!

I've brought a Logitech G27 for this and even though it's pre-alpha it's shaping up to be great.

I'm having a blast with the Leonus F68(Lotus)at Watkins glen and the Leonus F86(Lotus)at Silverstone where I managed to rank 6th up until the other day when I went back to 11th pitchafit

Genbrien, I believe you can use an Xbox controller, there's a thread dedicated to it over on the Project Cars forum and someone posted a vid of them using one.

I would also say that it feels more "sim" than Forza 4 to me but maybe that's down to being able to use a steering wheel instead of my controller, it's also the first game in a long time that has left me sweating and tired from the concentration whilst trying to beat laptimes!

Well I chopped his head off, that usually does the trick.
Yes, don't get clever with me Baldrick. I just thought you might have lopped off a leg or something by mistake.
No, the thing I chopped off had a nose.

what settings do you use? I still can not get mine looking that crisp? also how did you move the cameras for the screenshots? all I have managed to do is pause the screen and take the shot that way.

Also, is the AI up to minimal racing yet? I play a fair bit of GT2, but even if the SP AI was quite raw I'll probably go for it.
