This video shows the S-300P shooting ground target... (again the Zemlja switch)

No, vacuum tube electronics has not problems with EMP... It's like a thunder storm weather - nothing special... I've read an article about test against nuclear missiles in USSR, two were launched, first one exploded above the SAM site, and then the site works against second one - no problem with that.. I am searching that article and if find it will provide more aqurate facts. Ah,ok,you are right,i only forgot about that... But anyway,i dont want to be where a 15kt Warhead explodes above me,even if its like 10km or so... I think it will still make a lot of Overpressure,Light and Noise... The safety range for the 15kt warhead equipped V-760 15D missile is 6km. Over 6km not even a window should broke. This is also the minimum altitude it should detonated above ground, to protect against civilian casualties. Nice reading... http://www.fourmilab.ch/etexts/www/effects/

...aand 100% kill probability distance could be???? About a mile maybe?

...aand 100% kill probability distance could be???? About a mile maybe? If this is true then shooting will no longer be challenging. But I guess that's the point.

...aand 100% kill probability distance could be???? About a mile maybe? 100% kill is approx ~2400m radius from the Epicenter, caused by the Air Blast Shock Wave. Within ~80m radius, all object will instantly disappear, due to the Nuclear Fireball. I have not calculated Thermal Radiation (Burn, Flash) and Nuclear Radiation yet, but I expect these has minor effect, compared to the Shock Wave. 14:40 19th of December, 1972. SR-71 bomb damage assessment flight number two.

Poking one easy scenarios, and check what happens... Is that possible(?) with this huge Parameter?: 14:00 28th of March, 1985. SR-71 Operation Giant Reach.

Poking one easy scenarios, and check what happens... Is that possible(?) with this huge Parameter?: Parameter is only important with systems tracking the missile and the target with the same relatively narrow antenna beam. (Dvina, Volhov, Neva) All the other SAM missile can fly directly towards the predicted intercept point, while the target is tracked with the SNR. (KRUG, VEGA)

But that 4000m + hit range would hit a truck load of targets in operation linebacker, for example, right? Would it also be possible to have the missile explode if it was, say, 700m away from the target instead of being within proximity fuse range? Do I have to be within proxy fuse range to to blow up? How else could you get a missile to explode 4000 meters away from a target?I would say that I could detonate my warhead at anytime by use of the K3 command. I am probably 100% wrong, and am sorry if this is a complete waste of your time Also, I found this interesting, yet semi irrelevant video, about an American SAM armed with a nuclear warhead: http://www.youtube.com/watch?feature=player_embedded&v=rgFIhomusc8#!
