Ouch.

I will pick this up for sure, as I only needed a very small excuse to get into the SF series (naval aviation flight sims are like chicken's teeth, plus support an indie dev) but based on Chuck's review I think I'll wait a few weeks for the construction dust to settle.

Good job on compiling it in such a timely manner.

The good news is that Third Wire and TK have a great history of getting out patches in a timely manner to address bugs that happen to make it into release (which does seem to happen a lot).

Once some of the show stoppers are patched I will be downloading...

Nice review PFunk. That sim just keeps growing and getting better.

Its fairly accurate - but I would expect you do another review when the bugs are ironed out!

Should see a lot of new and better mods with the changes he has implemented!

I don't have a problem doing a update article once a patch comes out.

Personally I miss my RIO a bit. I still get the feeling I'm in a one seater aircraft. Would have been cool with another set of eyes calling out the bandits when things get close. I also need a partner for volleyball :-)

One thing about TK as the ongoing support and access to patches has been excellent (so far). Too bad they never integrated rocket dispersion or mixed formations of moving ground vehicles (instead of them being all one type).

Fair article. I'm enjoying SF2NA, but it shouldn't have shipped in its present state.
