Battlefront 2 is a bit dated, but if you liked Battlefield 42/Vietnam/2 it plays like that with the addition of "heroes". These are usually Jedi/Sith, but sometimes a bounty hunter, that are very powerful but require you to keep getting kills to keep as their health continually drains and kills recharge it. It also has separate ground and space maps, the space maps also having the ability to get out of the ships in cap ship hangars, but you can spend the whole time fighting in space if you want.
I thought Force Unleashed was decent. It is surprisingly large, yes, considering it fit on a single DVD for the 360 version, but I guess that was for upscaled textures. It also includes the DLC the 360 got later.
I have FU2 but haven't tried it yet, haven't had time.
Of course, I have all the Jedi Knight games starting with Dark Forces thru Jedi Academy for that SW FPS itch. If you missed the standalone expansion for JK:DF2 called Mysteries of the Sith, I recommend it, even though it's VERY dated now!
