Again, U-96, for us Human Species of planet "Earth":
The following is FACT that can be drawn from our own written history:
3- Any sufficiently advanced technology is indistinguishable from magic. Not fact. Opinion, by a clever and witty man. I could equally quote Niven's converse law: "Any sufficiently rigorously defined magic is indistinguishable from technology." How could a civilization ( Type I) as ours get "evidence" from things that appear to us as magic and, in turn as a knee-jerk reaction, since we can not explain it, easily dismiss it as "pixie dust", "impossible", "imaginary", etc? There is no evidence to try to explain. Zero. Nada. One can speculate till the cows come home: maybe the Proxima Centauri guys have cracked hyper-relativistic travel... maybe they can strip out Higgs bosons to reduce mass and make craft that require less energy... maybe they wear purple underwear on Tuesdays... have a stab at which is most likely.

... No crashed craft, dead aliens, relics from abductees... ah of course, the global conspiracy is protecting them. Mate, the government can't even get my tax right and that's just addition and subtraction. I don't rate their chances at covering it up to be honest. That right there sums it up pretty well. While the UFO Zealots scream and cry COVER UP, they forget just how inept governments are. The fact is the UFO thing is just the new religion, because the old ones are starting to look a bit outdated. And like with any religion, the zealots will defend it to the end, lack of evidence or logic be damned.

Wrong - but anything you're presented with you come at with ridiculous, kicking, scratching, "anything that doesn't upset my nice comfortable paradigm please" logic like you did above, so there's no getting anywhere with you, and discussions are a waste of time.

The beauty of your logic is that it works against you. I know what I have witnessed first hand a few years ago, along with others, but you have the audacity to speculate on my experience (interesting). I can confirm that what I have witnessed is NOT anything that the human race can currently accomplish in even its wildest imagination. To make it better, you do agree that world governments are inept to cover up anything and/or much less to create such a contraption.

My dear Gambit21, please don't take this personally. Bring forward your evidence. It's a simple request. Lay your claim open to scrutiny. I ask only one thing: that it's somewhat more substantial than my own claim that this very morning I had a bacon sandwich and a latte from my work canteen. You have a head start: I don't have a receipt. I apologise for my use of logic, but my experience (and that of countless others) shows it to be occasionally useful.

You don't know what you saw: that's the ENTIRE POINT OF YOUR CONCERN. Apologies for intruding with logic and physics.

By the way, next time you chaps get into a plane (or a boat, car, train for that matter), it's logic and physics holding it up and making it go. (ack three in a row: I'm sin-binning myself from this thread for a while)
