Doh, I forgot the love interest! I'm guessing female fighter pilot, probably a Marine Hornet or Lightning driver, and her character will basically be a clone of Jessica Biel's character from "Stealth," (I saw it for free on the Reagan as a promo many years ago, don't judge). Except that it'll be some new up and coming young starlet... I'm guessing either Jessica Chastain, or Meghan Rath, or somebody who's mostly been on the small screen. And of course, she'll be in a bikini for long stretches of time, maybe playing beach volleyball with other female Marines as a mirror-image scene of the almost homoerotic sequence from the first Top Gun movie.

I came up with all that on the fly just by asking myself, "now, what would my youngest brother (age 18) want to see in a summer blockbuster?" We both know that they couldn't afford me as a writer, when a team of 15 year old teenaged boys could do it for cheaper.

Oddly enough I just watched Top Gun over the weekend, and was thinking how awesome it was to see actual flying in a move, and how they would totally screw it all up if they tried it now with CGI. . . God I love A-4s.

LMFAO, Ke$ha, Pitbull for the club/ bar scenes, and I'm thinking some pseudo-dubstep and generic high-BPM techno for the flying scenes. Though for the record Deadmau5, Skrillex, and Avicii make good simming music in my opinion.
