Wheels; I remember the development of this aircraft, would have been an awesome COIN platform for sure. You can so see that it's based around the P-51. Anyway, as requested, here is a better image, I believe it's in the Air Force museum in Ohio.

They Built them or rather converted them to this configuration years ago here in Sarasota and the Enforcer was derived from a couple of these, though the version in the museum picture is the Piper version the Cavalier model looked a bit different
and sounded even stranger.
