As all you know that frequent the SAS-site, a Dornier Do-17Z now flies in Modded IL-2. I have converted my RAF Battle of Britain campaign "Fighter Boys" to include this gem!

So on most missions where you encounter German bombers, you will meet... the Dornier Do-17Z. And for those of you that hasn't got it working yet, there is an old, "Dornier-free" version bundled with the download. I have also added one mission, emulating the famous low-level attack by KG76 Do-17Z's on Kenley, August 18.

I will continue converting more of my early war campaigns to include the Do-17Z. Next in line is "Storm over England" (Battle of Britain from a German perspective), "To Lose a Battle" (France 1940) and "Desperate Days" (Poland 1939).

Hope to see that bird in an official patch one day, after that silly ban on the Channel stuff is lifted. I mean c'mon, does anyone really think that incorporating Do-17 into the IL-2 will ruin the sales of CLoD?
