2/16/12: 30 Mins Weights no Cardio Burned 260 Calories, Avg HR 135, Max HR 152, In Zone 139 - 153 10m24s. Been 6 days since i been to the gym due to working night shift got back in today and weighed Lost 7lbs since Tuesday last week 10 lbs since Jan 11th and 15 Total since starting back. Thanks again for everyones support. It is really appreciated.

2/23/12: Been battling a really sore foot got back to the gym today weights only no cardio. 30 mins with 5 mins stretching. Burned 368 calories. weighed in at 401 down 1 lb but my pants are way looser had to cinch up a new belt hole. Really miss the gym Up in all weights across the board.

Upper Body:

Step Ups 2 sets 12 Reps with 10lbs weight
Torso Twists 2 Sets 12 Reps 5Lb weight
Dumbbell Side Bends 2 sets 12 Reps 10lb weight
Incline Pushups 2 Sets 15 reps

Cable Crossovers 10 Reps 40Lb weights

Lat Pull Downs 12 Reps 100LB weights
Low Cable Curls 10 reps 60lb weights

Im down 16 lbs now So i was at 417 i believe. Its going as long as i can keep the nagging little injuries to a minimum ill be real good end of march

That's some serious progress Moses. Congratulations. You're really being smart with the small nagging injuries. Nothing will set you back like a big serious injury.

2/28/12: Weights and Lots of them. back to the gym today. workout was good, trainer says we will be starting to do supersets now that i am doing really good and able to move from station to station. weighed in on a whim and im down to 400lbs so total of 17 lbs lost now. Will still weighin on Thursday since that is my official weighin day. 30 mins Weights 294 calories burned, Max HR 151 Avg HR 133, In zone 11m02s. Thanks again for all your support.

3/1/12: My first goal has been reached. Today i lost another 2 pounds and has put me at 398 pounds for the first time in over 2 years i am buck under 400 pounds and i am exstatic. 350 is my next goal and i hope to do it in the next 5 mths, Weights today all Supersets, very hard but very good i got through all of them with very little help.

Dumbbell torso Twists: 2 Sets 12 reps 10 pounds
