good job on the weight loss

you'll get to a point where the "dragging arms" stops and it instead turns into an after-workout rush that keeps you going for the whole day. for me it takes about 2-3 weeks after i come back to lifting after a long period of inactivity (was down with flu for about 3 weeks)

Hi Moses and lotsa kudos to you. I just began my exercise journey after many sedentary years of nothing but PC gaming after work while getting drunk and eating late at night. Fortunately I have an early background of avid exercising up to about my mid thirties (I'm almost 47 now) as well as a decently fast metabolism, otherwise my current 220 lbs would more likely be well over 300. In about a year I hope to get down to about 170. I've had to start out slow with daily walks and am beginning to step it up by taking a soccer ball for occasional jogging and dribbling as I go along (helps make it more fun). More power to you and may we achieve our goals. smile
