How do I get a ground start with just my plane of my choosing from the air field of my choosing?

I am thinking like I can in IL-2 1946.

I saw as cool video on how to properly start a Spitfire. I would like to practice doing so but for any option I can find under Quick Start or anything else.

There's no basic quick missions that let you choose the airfield. The only non-combat mission with a ground start is Cross Country, but it is specific to an airfield. You can however, choose which plane you want to fly with the Custom option.
