Is There Any Options Where The Base Of The Stick Can Be Removed And Replaced With Something Else? I'd Like To Have A Floor Mounted Stick, But The Base Is To Wide For My Legs To Wrap Around To Use The Rudder Pedals. I Tried Putting It Above My Legs, That Has The Stick Sitting Way To High.

Why Do You Capitalize The First Letter Of Each Word?

Anyway, lots of options to re-mount your WH. I have my joystick base screwed on to a piece of MDF. You will have to get longer screws to do this, obviously.

As I'm Not The Most Mechanical Person. What Is A MDF? Does Removing The Plate Void The Warranty (Not That It Matters)?

@kramer: Thats What I'm Looking For. Could You Tell Me How You Did It? Please Use Layman's Terms....

Thanks In Advance....

PS: I Started To Cap The First Letter Of Each Word When I Was Listing My Audio/Video Collection. I Wasn't Sure Which Words Should Be Capitalized. So, I Capped The FIrst Letter Of Each Word To Make It Look Uniformed. That's Army Training For You!!!!

Please stop doing it. I end up reading each word in the sentence instead of each word as part of a sentence.

Check this link for MDF.

I'm not sure removing the plate voids the warranty... when my stick base was acting up, TM asked me to return the base without the plate, and they never asked about whether the plate was ever removed or not. Since it's simply attached with 4 screws, I don't think it's too big of a deal.

I used 'Mustang137's original idea to make this mount . Its based on the same template as Tailspin in the link above.

I'm not sure whether Mustang or Tailspin was the originator of this 'tube' approach but its certainly cheap, easy to build and very effective

Lol, now that you pointed that out I realised I was doing exactly the same thing, reading it word by word.

The good thing about MDF that I am sure you will like is that every letter is a capital and legitimately so wink
