Will never happen as long as that JJverse crap continues to make them money.

Worst Trek movies of all of them.

Prime Universe trek is the only true trek and this alternate universe crap can just go die in a fire and never return.I would rather see Trek disappear forever than continue under JJ Abrams.

This quote I found to be a bit humorous,

"I would love to return to the spirit of the old series with the colors and attitude. I loved 'Voyager' and ['Star Trek: Deep Space Nine'], but they seem to have lost the '60s fun, and I would love to take it back to its origin."

Uh, Voyager and DS 9 both did very well in the tv ratings. It had nothing to do with "losing the fun" of the original show. Enterprise tanked because it was simply a poorly written show and because tv audiences at that time where going through some major shifts in what they wanted to watch.

Enterprise was excellent in all areas. I agree that people were pretty much tired of a new ST series every few years though at that point. Shows like this are more of a commitment than your average drama or sitcom, and people get attached to the characters. Doing that over and over lost some of the audience. Happened to me with DS9 and Voyager when they started.
I'm on season 6 of Voyager now, and it's very good, even if not on par with Enterprise. Good action, some likeable (even if weak) characters, fun ship. Much better after they kicked one annoying character and brought in 7 of 9. wink More action oriented than TNG or DS9. Voyager and DS9 are like TNG split into its 2 personalities: more action/less drama on one, more drama/less action on the other.

I wonder if they would pursue the Zefram Cochran deal? In Enterprise they mention that he eventually took off on his own in a ship and disappeared.

I'd like to see a return, but I worry about what form it will take.

Which of course fits in nicely with the ST:TOS episode where Kirk and Spock meet Cochran on that deserted planet.

they should just bring back Stargate, and leave ST alone.

I have serious doubts about seeing any of them return within the next 5 years. After that, I could see pretty much anything happening in a "next generation" scenario.

Right now I'm pinning all my hopes on Martin Scorcese doing a 3D reboot of Buck Rogers.
