He's lost his mind if he thinks it's actually worth that much, especially in the completely stripped condition it's in. If it had all the cockpit avionics, flight controls and panels present then it MIGHT be worth that.

Well as the popular architectural magazine says: "Nothing decorates better a modern, minimalist livingroom, than a Tornado F2 cockpit section".
It is a pitty that the instruments are all stripped out.
