Why? ED has no fear or lack of skill when it comes to making a multi-seat aircraft. It's just something that right now would require some extra work.

DCS: F-14 would be a day 1 purchase for me, no questions asked. Any other plane and I'd be hesitant.

(a full on WW2 game would be a definite purchase as well)

Apparently, there is going to be an official ED DCS:F-15E module developed by Iris, so 2-seaters are in. Iris is also doing an F-14 and F-22. If the market supports these releases, it is just a matter of time before a 3rd party, probably Iris, gets to the F-4. I can't imagine having study sim quality models of the F-4 and MiG-21 in an engine that fully supports air-to-air combat weapons and avionics. For me, it is Accusim/FSX combined with Third Wire's SF series.

I'd also appreciate a F-4 phantom sim very much...Also, think about how much evolved this plane has during its lifespan.
...beginning with operations in Vietnam, when you have not a look-down capable radar, then using it as Wild-Weasel and finally having upgraded electronics/radar to use AIM-120 in the German Air Force...

BTW you still remember the sim "Flight of the Intruder" smile?

I remember FOTI. Many hours spent marvelling at the graphics and both flyables actually looked sorta like they should! Even if the F4 reheat effect had got reversed so it was on when it should be off...

Youtube video here. FPS is a little low. Perhaps reduce the AA or something?
