Well, it isn't the MOS I wanted, but I'm shipping off to basic. No jokes, but it's 92W.
I'll hopefully get to check the web tomorrow at the airport, but after that...zip. I've asked someone for their address so I can send them my mailing address. If it works out, maybe I can get him to post my address. Of course, letters and beef jerky is always appreciated.

You will do well Tim. You are smart, fit, and have the right attitude. See it as fun rather than a chore and it will go smoother. You will have no problems as long as old injuries don't pop back up.

Well, I'm stuck here over night. I'm actually in a hotel farther from the airport that my house is. They are going to let me out for a few hours, going to dance at ASU and then get back.
Already met the dumb crap I'm going to deal with. We had a girl we had to explain for an hour how airline travel works. She's never done it alone and she is the only one going to Sill.
I'm off to Ft. Benning. Was supposed to go to Jackson and again last minute I was told it was changing from Jackson to Benning. Why? No clue.
I'm not too worried about switching. I was told by the Captain at MEPS to expect to get ordered to drop my OCS packet as soon as I finish.

You finally got me to look up those job codes. Some interestimg reading, indeed. Looked up the equivalent of my old job, 19D and got thinking that they cannot possibly get all that's in the job description into a 16 week course. Anyhow, they train 19D at benning so perhaps that's what you'll get ;-)
I assume being a 92w gives you an excellent chance to be sent overseas, that's a plus I gues.
