I miss judged a corner and took a spin. Once I'd straightened myself out I began to accelerate away. I noticed that I had no grip and I couldn't see the road in front of me, because the front of the car was angled up. I drove into the pits and looked at the replay and it became immediately apparent the reason that I had no grip.

Here's a little video I have made of the incident. My first video, and first video with iRacing so I used it as an excuse to try out different custom angles smile

WOW! Nice video and damn that corner bite you hard. I have lose my axle a couple times too. Sebring front stretch right where the wall ends, It bite me hard.

Nice video Paul, yeah that is a tricky corner indeed, I never take it all the way to the exit curb for that reason, too easy to mess up, when I was watching ALMS this year I noticed the real guys don't go the curb either:

I'm glad i don't use the spotter, he would've gone crazy!

Just read on trackipedia that the gutter was removed in 2006. Hopefully it will be removed when they get around to re-scanning it.

The only angles i have left are social constructs which i'll find difficult to convey with the accident sorry mate.

As said before, first vid, used it as an excuse to test the customisable cameras. I promise to use less angles next time.
