2/2/12: Weights 30 mins, Stationary Bike 30 mins Burned 466 calories, Rode 6 miles, Max HR 140, Avg Hr 118, Total time in the gym 1Hr 12mins, Good Day today Hamstrings are feeling better still not sure what hurt them the Vigorous Ride or the weights. Really enjoying myself working out and eating right. Thanks again for your support.

2/5/12: Stationary bike 35 mins rode 7 miles, Burned 538 calories, Max HR 228, Avg HR 186, In Zone 141 -155 2m16s. Good to be back in the gym after 2 days off, Hammys feel great good solid workout. Thanks for all your support.

2/6/12 Stationary Bike rode 7.1 Miles, Burned 360 calories, Max HR 151 Avg HR 119, In Zone 141 -155 1m29sec, another good day at the gym im rolling over to nights this week so will be going to the gym later than usual, sucks cause im still waking up at 730 even though i went to bed at 3. tomorrow should be better weights and Weigh in.

Good job Moses. Smart move on your part to rest up a bit. You're on a roll, that's for sure. Yesterday I went for a 13 mile hike on hilly terrain and my feet are killing me especially my ankles since I have flat feet. So I'm going to do what you're doing and rest up a couple of days. Congratulations again Moses.

2/7/12: Weights and Stationary Bike, Rode 4 miles, 15 Mins on Bike 30 Mins on weights with Stretching one hr in the gym. Burned 792 Calories, Max Hr 234, Avg Hr 199, Weighed in at 409 so up 2 lbs, I'm calling it muscle or water weight. Still working on keeping my calories eaten in check. Thanks again for your support

Yup! plus he is reving up his metabolism and burning up calories by just being at rest.

2/10/12: Stationary Bike Rode 7.2 miles, Light workout burned 259 calories, 3 sets of 25 Incline Pushups, Max Hr 120, avg HR 108, Was doing a light workout because of the amount of walking and lifting i do on night shift. 2 more days of night shifts then back to regular schedule. Was nice to be back in the gym.
