Movement - When the "show orders" button is on, there is a blue or gray line emanating from each unit showing where it is moving to. What's the difference?

Movement - Sometimes when I give a movement order to a single unit they are real slow to respond and begin obeying the order. Is this delay caused by command, moral and stamina ratings being low?

Bombardment - The preset targets have a number at their bottom such as 5-14. When I move the target location the numbers change. The further away the target moves the larger the numbers. What do these numbers represent?

Bombardment - The "high explosive" option has a number as well such as 4-50. I assume this means 4 tubes and 50 total shells available. Is this correct?
