These have all been great, but this one really shows off how good BS2 is!

Maybe time to step back, and knock together something to last the next few years? You'll probably wonder why you didn't do it long ago.

My Thrustmaster Warthog is due to arrive tomorrow WWOOOOOOOOOOOOOHOOOO and I'm expecting to have to make adjustments.

I remember that mission. The wind was a sum beach to deal with over the lake while trying to plink targets. It kept drifting me. I also showed up too soon so the SEAD flight wasn't there yet so I had to use the hill in between the target and the lake as cover. Played rope a dope with SAMS till SEAD arrived. Overall a fantastic mission and a shoulder bundler for sure. Nice job Beach.

Geez. Ow. Don't you have a higher chair or more space for your tighs?

Unfortunately no. This is an old photo of the desk I'm still using (monitor and computer have changed..) I can't raise my chair or my legs will bump the bottom of the desk. I really need a chair with side attachments for my throttle and stick..

Hey Dusty..!

Yeah..that wind was howling. I kept drifting too and had to be careful not to drift into the terrain or get blown too close.

I would get rid of the keyboard tray. You'd have more space for your tighs and thus, you could assume a better seat position for using the HOTAS. Bonus for having all control devices on the same level for quicker access.

Yeah..but I do more writing than I do simming. So getting rid of the keyboard tray would just shift the problem to another area of operation. The best option would be to get a real seat like this:

Yes..I would like one please!

Very nice AAR!

That seat is sweet. Looks like a nice gift from the magazine!

Btw, which NVG mod are you using in those shots? I have one of the "round" view mods, but it doesn't look as clear as yours.

Thanks, T

Is a "hands down" position really more confortable for writing than a "hands level" one?
