The virus is probably a false positive and the lorem ipsum is the filler text they use every time they make a new page.

Downloaded it again an scanned the file and it comes up with Win32/HEUR trojan

AVG has reported a similar 'threat' for me in the past,with the exact same name.The game was Ship Extremes.
I reported it to them and they got back to me saying it was a 'false positive'.
I'm sure that is a false positive.
If you goto the AVG forums there are other ways of checking if it's a virus or not.

It was a false positive, fixed and ok now, Phew!

I never got a false positive with AVG and Shipsim Extremes, it ran fine for me.
