Hi,

I'm trying to configure my X65 for Falcon BMS and I would like realistic levels of pressure for control.

On SimHQ forums someone says 16 lbs for max pitch forward; 12-17 lbs for max roll rate (depending on altitude)

BUT

I cannot verify and check this.

It seems that is too much pressure as you'll inadvertently end up pressing buttons.

Does anyone have a reliable source for the flight stick specs?

Cheers,

IIRC it's actually different in all 4 directions.

If you're holding the stick right you should easily be able to fly without accidentally hitting buttons. The force is all applied by your palm and middle+ring fingers. If not, then the stick has a poor layout.

I can imagine pulling hard on my Warthog but I think the CMS hat is too low for a hard turn to the right using the X65 using the above pressure.

Still looking for a reliable source on RL stick pressures.

Cheers
