@ Patrocles - there is no sleeping in at my house the 5yr old is up at 6:15am waking everyone up; getting my 8yr old all fired up and ready to go for the day...lol. She goes to bed cranked, crashes hard, then wakes up cranked. I don't know where the energy comes from. I constantly try to wear her out during the day, but I just cant keep up.

The thing with this sim is if you want to stay competitive you have to stay on it. I guess I need to back off and not worry about time trials, qualifying, screwing around with setups, and practicing. I get so wrapped up into the different series that I want to do well and earn credit/awards.

Fixed series racing. Its short races with no setup required.

aye! tiny human dynamos! always storing or using energy!

How about this...
Get the wife or a babysitter to take the children out on the weekends? You can stay home and have some time with iRacing.
