Hello! Just dropping in to say hi. I've been away from EAW for a long time, and have fired up the game now and then, but never been happy with how things have looked on my system. I'd pretty much given it up, but was thinking the other day it would be nice to get my 12-yr old interested in something like EAW instead of the stuff he usually wants to play on the computer. I checked the forum, and thanks to some tips I ran across, I tried things under a hi-res glide wrapper this weekend and WOW, now this is the EAW I remember! Great to see all of the work that has continued to go into this thing, EAW truly is something special. I'm excited to get up-to-date and try out the latest stuff, looks like a lot of improvements have been made over the last while. Thanks to all you guys that have done so much to keep the game moving forward. I even got nostalgic and hijacked some space on my wife's web site to put up my old EAW site. You can find it here: http://chloejanehandmade.com/eawCheers! max188

Hi Max188! It's very nice to hear from an old Friend, and it's brilliant to have your old site back too! Your right, the old girl has loads of new tricks, up her sleeve, and I won't tell you what they are, you can discover them for yourself.

This is great news! I used the notes on you site to help me run EAW on my XP box. And, I downloaded the terrain and skins! You should contact Mike (Sandbagger) Norris about archiving and putting links up for your sites data at Talley-Ho again. And thanks again for the reg. fix (NoAdjustedPitch ?)

Hey Max, great news(glide wrapper result) and good to see you here again. Get EAW1.28e, update to the lastest EAW.exe, then take all the ready packed setups(Mr.Jellys page, you find the link on the bottom of his posts). One of the included setups is DAW. Greetings, Knegel

Hi Max,Always terrific to hear from great contributor's like yourself and even better is knowing that you've come back to the 'old gal'. I'm still using your cloudscapes and the summer realistic terrain on Andy's BoB Campaign. Also, making your EAW addons available again is truely a bonus for all of us..... Cheers mate David

Hi Matt Nice to see you here again! I've tried to e-mail you before Christmas, but you have perhaps changed your e-mail address? Check your PM, please. Cheers Per
