Just started getting freeze on my games CLOD,ROF and IL2 Sturmovik 1946. Can't finish missions. I did defraq and spy search. Temperature and FRAPS OK. Any suggestions?

There's still many other possibilities; now its just a matter of narrowing it down. Maybe start with the GPU and roll back to the last drivers that worked for you; or update to the latest if you haven't yet. If you're still using a mechanical HDD, maybe run a scan to see if it's starting to fail.

Does Windows give you any crash dumps or messages or anything?

MS does not always pop-up. In CLoD it states, "Launcher has stopped working" and in ROF it says Rof.exe has stopped working.

Sometimes freezes are just driver problems gone terribly bad and the only way to fix them is to do a clean install. Might want to make an image of your OS now and try a clean install.
