If you have Pfunk's F-16A Blk10 installed, you can just drop the skins into the Netz folder and they work. In my SF2:E install, I just changed the name of the plane in it's .INI file so it says "Falcon" instead of "Netz". His F-16 hasn't been updated to the latest patch, so I use stock TW to avoid any weirdness whenever possible.
