Guys:

I have a question about the quick mission builder mission maps; I have noticed that during 'airfield attack missions' some maps (Okinawa, Midway#1, Coral Sea Online) always start with the enemy aircraft trying to scramble from the runway....now shooting 'fish in a barrel' is one of my favorite sports (that and carpet bombing a runway full of bogies trying to take off biggrin ) so I was wondering how many other maps there are where the enemies start out 'on the runway'...

Thanks ahead of time;

NM

Well I happen to know that the Midway map in addition to the Midway1 map has a few scenario's like you mention. wink
Try the Airbase attack scenario on the Midway map. You will be attacking the Japanese fleet while the planes attempt to takeoff. I think all three templates for the Airbase attack have the same type of variable but it's been a few weeeks since I last looked at them.

To find other templates with the same type of scenario you would need to open all of the template files for all the maps up in the FMB and look at them to know which ones had the types of scenarios that you mention. After you do go through them all it will take away the illusion of randomness to the QMB missions though. On the bright side you should be able to create your own after going through them and make them work any way you want. smile
