"Peremena Chastoti" is "Change frequency", better find the post (it's from Hpasp), he explained perfectly and with better english than mine...

max2012 Member Registered: 12/27/11 Posts: 420	As I understand it's in the picture scale display switching speed by "V" x1, x2 multiplier is switching speeds as I understand it. x1 to 1000 m/sec! x2 up to 2000 m/sec! S-200 maximum target speed of 1200 m/sec!
