I just had a major hard drive crash of my main disk and have just rebuilt from scratch meaning I had to reinstall Win7 64. I installed the original BS and went to activate it and it wouldn't accept it. I know it is correct because I wrote it down on the original disk. Is the serial number different than the activation key? The number that I thought is the serial number is like this:

xx-xxxxxx-xxxxxx-xxxxxx-xxxxxx

Any help would be appreciated.

I hate those letter "S" and number "5" in a serial number. Got it now.
