three tablespoons of mao, one teaspoon of your favourite mustard, as much cracked pepper or normal pepper as you like , mix till creamy yellow and voila, yum! Use with Prawns, Fish, Chicken, Rib Fillets ...YES! i said rib fillets!! or liberally dribble over your home made salad. Man i love this stuff ! Depending on your taste you may want more mao and less mustard or vice versa! Makes me drool when i have Prawns , steak and this sauce...ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh...

Ha ! you meant Mayo(nnaise) ? if so do it yourself , the basic ingredients are oil (olive oil +++ for me), mustard and egg yellow ; of course salt and pepper ans why not garlic: slowly mix the oil in the yellows/mustard under firm mixing (by hand it's a pain !), don't stop ot you'll fail to obtain a satisfying emulsion. and you're done; it last a couple of minutes only.You can do it without mustard, or with some vinegar instead.

well you can get jars of dijonaise here, a mix if Dijon mustard and mayonaise, tho I prefer to mix my own. I do miss Colmans English mustard which is difficult to get and a longish trip to Leuven to the British store near there.
Wednesday is Burns night and we will be having a Burn's supper with Haggis neeps and tatties and a selection of Scottish beers and some whiskys. Well it gives me an excuse to wear the kilt around here
