Not really. Jane's didn't get far in integrating a battlefield, though they wanted to.

DCS isn't just about modern jets or ... just about planes.

As exciting as a new aircraft is.........I have reservations about it being 'online compatible' with DCS A10 and BS.......WHY?

I can see the singleplayer missions being great and hopefuly a coop multiplayer campaign but are there some airshow missions or something? How can it be anything other than a gimmick when there are todays generations of aircraft going about their business and then a Mustang enters the airspace?

It is a given due to the design of the Sim - why go to the effort of removing it?

Looks great to me, I'll be saving the pennies to purchase it. It'll be a whole different challenge from a modern jet or helo.
