If you're flying any of the Constellation/Starliner collection from Manfred Jahn and Company, Team 1049, (and if you're not you should be), you should grab the file "Connie_smoke_cockpit_frame.zip" from Kelly McKernan. You can get it at Simviation.

Kelly has done a brilliant job of putting the finish on the VC, adding engine smoke effects, and mixing sounds for the aircraft.

This is first rate work and really puts the icing on the Constellation/Starliner cake. Highly recommended!
