Does anyone know a place with good recipes for Chinese sauces (e.g. ChopSuey, KungPao, etc.)?

I made some Kung Fu Chicken the other night but before I could eat it jumped off the platter and kicked my ass. I shouldn't have used so much Shaolin sauce.
