Now I know it used to be physical disc only but it seems you have a nice download option too now. So I can buy, download the current software version and then await only the dongle? Should be better through customs that way? Smaller package and all. What to do next is simple: download SBPro PE 2.640 full installer and install game along with Codemeter software, wait for USB stick to be mailed to you a week or two, in the meantime find here someone who is so kind to share his license temporarily with you and play full version of SBPro PE right now till you get dongle! After installation you'll find many manuals and tutorials in game DOCS folder: basic playable vehicles have their own separate manuals.
