you sure souped up that bug... I saw that in the DLC yesterday, old and plain white, and laughed.

BTW, that track pack is only one track right that HUGE oval? with the 8 mi straights? lol

8 mile straight? Sounds like Nurburgring/Nordschleife/"The Green Hell"/"The Ring" in Germany, but that's standard in GT5 I think.

The track in the 'course pack' is the Belgian Spa-Francorchamps circuit.

Oh NOOOO, poor beetle with this this huge ugly spoiler... LOL Couldn't go for it myself, but with mine, I put a nice bright fluorescent apple green, and she looks amazing!

too bad we don't have livery editor to make a herbie Skin (as we can remove the front and rear bumper)... boosted in HP, it would have been awesome to smoke some supercars in it.

Nice DLC, I bought it too, except the road X... 30 km of long straight..... so boring!

I still hope for a complete overhaul of the sound department one day (shame to see these exquisite cars without their proper engine sound and exhaust really) but my hopes are pretty slim when we know the man behind GT5. Would be nice to see some old GT classic tracks come back and other iconic standards to become premium (alpine 1600, 205 GTI and WRC, Ruf Yellowbird, Lamborghini Countach, Bugatti Veyron, etc...).

Funny Kludger, I have chosen these exact rims for the beetle too!

Hehe yeah I souped up the bug added the spoiler and the biggest turbo, not bad, I will probably take the spoiler off and soup up the exhaust and tranny and have a sleeper car for online races :-)

I didn't buy that huge top speed track DLC, sounded too boring to me too and we already have a decent top speed track in that Japan highway track which I rarely use, plus we have the actual mother of classic high speed tracks LeSarthe which is pretty well done even.

It would be great if they improved the audio further, already they made improvements in the 2.0.2 release so there is hope, and yeah the RUF Yellowbird is one of my favorite "Standard" cars and seeing the Jaguar go from Standard to Premium in this release raises hope that they may do that to other iconic cars too.
