Tonight we head into northern Sahrani in hunt of hidden scud launchers for Sahrani Campaign mission 20, previewed here.

From there we'll dig through the library for some more action.

See you there!

Seek... and destroy!

If we get a big turnout perhaps we should try that suicide bomber mission again, with full teams. We were so close before! We've never been able to knock out more than one of the armor units at the end.

I would also request the mission that has a BMP-2, Tunguska, and Ka-52 as well as infantry elements. Mission was to assault a base and destroy the tanks located in a vehicle shed there. We haven't completed it yet although I died in sight of the parked tanks.

Did we win a single mission other than than near-massacre helicopter rescue? Tough night!

Yep, tough night but I had a blast. Even got to stay for an extra mission after 9pm. The static MG at the base shot my attack plan all full of holes, but it was still fun.

To "hannibal" who listened in on TeamSpeak, feel free to join us sometime. The server is running 24/7 (except for during some SimHQ racing events) so you can join up any time and test your install and addons to ensure you are ready for the scheduled session.

I was just reading that it seems the AI skill/precision settings are "bugged" and seem to be linked together (they used to be separate). There's quite a few people saying how the AI is now too accurate (which I agree with); but their skills are also way better (they flank, use formations, use nades effectively, etc.) So in essence we'd probably have to lower their skill values (so they act more predictable) to lower their accuracy.
More on the problem: http://forums.bistudio.com/showthread.php?t=129395

So it sounds like for the time being that we may have some more tough fights ahead until they get it sorted out. Still had a good time tho!

The BMP-3 I was driving managed to survive like 10 shots before it finally went up. Really sucked.
