Hi everybody.

With the current IL-2 RC mod I'm having no problem setting up my monitor rez in the cfg file. However I have some friends who are unwilling to go threw the complicated business of installing all of the patches to get to the current ultra pack. So I just happen to have the old IL-2 War sound file patch on a disk that I saved from the IL-2 War online war days. This way we can have great sound with very little screwing around and we also get the big Mediterranean map. The only thing is I can't get rid of these black borders on the sides of my monitor. I go into the same cfg file and put 1440X900 but it reacts differently from the ultra pack game. Any ideas?

A few lines further down in the conf.ini from where you put the resolution numbers, change the "SaveAspect=1" line to "SaveAspect=0". Give that a shot.
